MBA Internship Experience at Yasagam Foundation: A Program Overview

Yasagam Foundation successfully organized a 25-day internship program for Mr. Gopala Krishnan, a second-year MBA student from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Chennai.

During the internship, he gained valuable exposure to the behavioral patterns of mentally challenged children, teaching methodologies, and the overall organizational and management processes. He actively participated in daily operations and developed a comprehensive understanding of institutional functioning.

At the conclusion of the program, Mr. Gopala Krishnan submitted a detailed internship report, including a SWOT analysis. On the final day, he was awarded a certificate by Thaimai Anbu Karangal’s Managing Trustee, Mr. M. Elangeswaran, and Principal, Ms. Malathi.
