On the special occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day, the Yasagam Foundation organized a joyful outing for the children of Thaimai Anbu Karangal, a home for mentally challenged kids. The trip was planned to the beautiful Uyiriyal Poonga, a nature park filled with greenery, animals, and fresh air. The main aim of this event was to bring happiness, love, and a new experience to these special children.

Volunteers from Yasagam Foundation accompanied the children and helped them enjoy the day. The kids had fun exploring the park, watching birds and animals, and playing together in the open space. They were also given snacks, lunch, and small gifts to make the day more memorable.

This outing brought smiles to the children’s faces and gave them a chance to connect with nature. Yasagam Foundation hopes to continue such activities to support and care for differently-abled children in society.
